Since GMs are afraid to touch balance at this server and act like all good rn I want to suggest some changes to what the server needs. All that is my POV as an active player.
Crusader
1) Remove 2x stun if crusader stun you not from behind. Right now stun will be 2x if the crusader stun from three out of four hitbox squares it will be 2x stun duration. In PVP it leads to almost every stun will be 2x if your character turns at least a bit.
SharpShooter
1) Give them the opportunity to gem ug strike into guns and bows.
2) Make cripple damage 2x or 3x. It needed cuz of gameplay. The gameplay in PVP is tied to hit and runes tactics. Cripple is a great skill to use this way between moments when you can press auto-attack.
3) Remake frozen arrow skill. Ice arrow should slow the enemy by 100% and gradually return the enemy's running speed. Calculate the duration of the action so that the range that he could pass remains unchanged from the current one. For example, at the current moment, the enemy has a running speed of 1000 and the ice arrow slows down by 70% for 5 seconds
accordingly, in 5 seconds the enemy will pass (300 * 5 = 1500 distance).
With the current change, in the first second the enemy will cover the distance 0-100, in the second 200+, in the third 300+ in the fourth 400+ in the fifth 500 = total distance in 5 seconds 1500 (numbers could be different but I hope the idea is totally understood).
SealMaster
1) Give to Sealmaster a new skill, a full copy of the Poison Dart Crusader, but with a larger DPS tick, the damage from which will depend on the SPR.
2) Remake the dependence of bolt damage from SPR. Instead of linear, make it parabolic. Changes should be noticeable with a LOT of SPR without changing the initial stages.
3) Reduce lvl difference effect for bolt.
Cleric
1) Remake the dependence of bolt damage from SPR. Instead of linear, make it parabolic. Changes should be noticeable with a LOT of SPR without changing the initial stages.
2) Reduce lvl difference effect for bolt.
Voyager
1) Give them new skill wich will copy radiation manufacture effect with damage wich depends from SPR.
Champion
1) Make skill primal rage depends on your HIT RATE and enemy DODGE instead of pure luck.
2) Make mighty strike 4x dmg at lv 10
That's all that I find out after 4 years of playing experience. PKO Balance is a very well done thing but it's still far from best and it's a too long time being without necessary changes.
