Since GMs are afraid to touch balance at this server and act like all good rn I want to suggest some changes to what the server needs. All that is my POV as an active player.

Crusader

1) Remove 2x stun if crusader stun you not from behind. Right now stun will be 2x if the crusader stun from three out of four hitbox squares it will be 2x stun duration. In PVP it leads to almost every stun will be 2x if your character turns at least a bit.

SharpShooter

1) Give them the opportunity to gem ug strike into guns and bows.

2) Make cripple damage 2x or 3x. It needed cuz of gameplay. The gameplay in PVP is tied to hit and runes tactics. Cripple is a great skill to use this way between moments when you can press auto-attack.

3) Remake frozen arrow skill. Ice arrow should slow the enemy by 100% and gradually return the enemy's running speed. Calculate the duration of the action so that the range that he could pass remains unchanged from the current one. For example, at the current moment, the enemy has a running speed of 1000 and the ice arrow slows down by 70% for 5 seconds
accordingly, in 5 seconds the enemy will pass (300 * 5 = 1500 distance).
With the current change, in the first second the enemy will cover the distance 0-100, in the second 200+, in the third 300+ in the fourth 400+ in the fifth 500 = total distance in 5 seconds 1500 (numbers could be different but I hope the idea is totally understood).

SealMaster

1) Give to Sealmaster a new skill, a full copy of the Poison Dart Crusader, but with a larger DPS tick, the damage from which will depend on the SPR.

2) Remake the dependence of bolt damage from SPR. Instead of linear, make it parabolic. Changes should be noticeable with a LOT of SPR without changing the initial stages.

3) Reduce lvl difference effect for bolt.

Cleric

1) Give them new skill wich will copy radiation manufacture effect with damage wich depends from SPR.

Champion

1) Make skill primal rage depends on your HIT RATE and enemy DODGE instead of pure luck.

2) Make mighty strike 4x dmg at lv 10


That's all that I find out after 4 years of playing experience. PKO Balance is a very well done thing but it's still far from best and it's a too long time being without necessary changes.

let's go a bit further lets make stealth lvl 10 countered only by lvl 10 ts not lvl 1 ts and as for crus slash should be 10x not 7.5 to make sure os those glass cannons for sure (cus they suppose to be os)
and rest updates are fine
 
Well crusader as only class can't even touch con champ, perhaps slash should be based with higher minimal dmg to at least slash 1k-1,5k to entities with high pr like end game boss kara or end game class like champ :D

Ilusion Slash's current damage already allows crusaders to OS better geared glass cannons like SS and SPR voys, and almost wipe Cleric's ES.

Crusaders have the tools to beat any class, it depends on your gear and forging. You decide what kind of gameplay you want to have and sacrifice something else for it, but I guess some people just want it all.
 
Well u are right ss have best range, movement speed, hr, seals which never fail and now they demand to have highest max as well and they want to nerf only class which suppose to counter them as champ counter cruses and voys counters champs etc

ss ms is buggy game cant keep up and maps dont load as intended can be a handicap often.The range is laughable a cruz can close in on you in 0.2sec.Seals have no meaning if u die before u cast which is the case in most pks.Ah ye and u die just by reruning to pk place be it abba-bd-dw even as max ss.
 
if ur movement speed is top noon can follow u. if ur seals range are top no one can touch u before u use skills no idea what u talking about. SS shouldn't go solo since he isn't made to go solo.
 


maybe in ideal world your ss as you said will kite every one and attack from range and kill and dps and etc but we play PKO and at PKO ss handicap cuz
1) They skill range 5-10% different from any other class
2) They DPS 3x less than crusader if we count top tier characters
3) They skills don't let you deliver DMG with max range if you cripple or frozen arrow some one - your enemy run away and you had to do step to catch up enemy and hit in between ( again lose DPS). Or do bigger step and have almost zero range difference. (Thats why I suggest remake frozen arrow to 100% slow at beginning and 0% after few sec in that case after frozen arrow SS will have 1-2 sec of free autoattack with out be forced to move and catch up)
4) You need stop to do shots. And if you stop to do auto-attack your enemy just come to you and do melee \ cast skill and most likely you die once you stopped.

You talk like SS have insane big range to attack but in game reality its not that OP as you keep say. The guy above said truth = The range is laughable a cruz can close in on you in 0.2sec

SS atk range is smaller than slash range i dont know why u think 2 steps is lot. If ss had x2 the existing range would be ok tho without updates

I seal my enemy with my insane big range of seal and die anyway this is reality what happen at pk most times
