It's 6 cb, 50k and some exp if memory serves, it's not removed, but you get it after completing the Exploration Tests Daniel gives you.
What might've happened is you completed the Exploration Spirit quest as a voyager, who skips the 10 sea quests and thereby skips the rewards as well.
