Tempest Sea Jelly i see in exploration test only 0/10 why ?

It's the Green Tempest Sea Jelly, lv56, not the red, lv36 one. I can share my spot to save you the trouble of searching around, 3577,474 Magical Ocean.
It's close to Isle of Chill, but I think you can find a few around the south-end of Ascaron, by sailing far below Argent City.
