Hours for AA/DA (alongside with some uns 85 thoughts)

Current proposed AA/DA hours (Sunday 12 and 18UTC) are bad: Especially the 18UTC session. Sunday 18UTC means 2AM Monday in East Asia. With PKO has a huge community in Malaysia, Philippines and other Asia countries, there's no reason to set a time so bad for them.

Also some other thoughts about AA/DA and uns 85:
- database needs to be able to show stats with DE effect
- I do think we need to think twice about this effect. The fact that it requires DE armor kinda killed some builds, like Spr voy (BD set), Con SS (BD set), BD set cleric, str/agi cruz (BD/RF armor), most SS (BD armor). maybe BD armor should give ring effect as well?
- Most stats are fine, aside from SM's ring: too few con made it pointless

Agree with Pooliver about change time and if it possible add 85 ring effect with bd, rbd torso also. Only 85 ring + dt effect making this game less variaty at hl. This game alredy has not much differents in builds of equip ,skills and etc. With this new ring effect will left only one - all ppl should use dt, but its not best armor for half classes
