Dear @Zankza and @Developer , This thread is not a Protest/Rage thread. I think this is for a better future.

1. First of all, the Background.
I, YukihiraS as Leader of Just4Fun guild,looking forward for a better change in Forsaken City. Which can encourage people to stay in PKO itself.

As we all always know, the profit in FC is always all time low (details will be discussed later).
Many times we see FC player leaving to higher lvl thinking to get good money, which they can’t get in in FC. Some might be right, but that’s not the case. Not all people like high lvl PK and does not have the money or time for leveling kits (hi-amp, etc) and high lvl PK kits (cooking, pot, voodoo ,etc). Some of them got stuck in the middle then quit (this is the most case in PKO).

With at least little bit profit, we can encourage those people to choose FC as staying point, including great PK. But most cases now, people discourage to go since it burns their money too much. Now we got a good PK, 3 guilds PKing but most of them are people who want PK only. The newbie will quit as time goes on and this maze will die.

This changes suggestion won’t make huge difference in market price nor anything; it will only encourage active maze and newbie to come with less people stuck.

We shall go into details below.

2. The cost & Benefit of Forsaken City
The cost of FC can be divided into :
  • Ancient Generator
  • Cakes/Pot for Mobs and PK
  • Manu for PK (Ship Accel/Flash Bang/etc)
  • Ship repair/refuel
The benefit can be divided into :
  • Runestone (cam/sol/lum/yal/etc)
  • Skeletar chest/Beautiful chest/Mystic Chest
  • Unique Gem from DK (0.4 drop rate)
  • Refining gem (0.08 drop rate)
If you take a look closely, counting all the cost to win FC, you can get profit only if you get Refs and UG.

Refining Gems
As we all always know, the REF drop rate is "a little bit low" what i mean about a little bit is "nothing" at all. Let say we got 1 ref in which cost 400k and they were 5-6 peps going to share it. Counting the Cost we used for PK for every FC, you can count it yourself.

Unique Gem from DK
We all know DK is very hard because of our limited skill point and equips. We cant say for all guilds, since we think not worthy doing it, but we heard from other guilds actively doing DK (Hi Penta!), they went 30-ish time for 1 UG. Counting the Cost with same example as above, you can count it yourself too.

Real-time problem for players (esp Newbies)
  • With such low droprate, they just burning cash that they farm outside FC (selling plvl, selling manu,etc) for spamming flash bombs, ship atom/accel to win the dock.
  • In a different thread, there was an idea to increase the ref price, as @LuisaRLZ said “deleting Refs from DW is bad since its like a "Symbol of Victory", which i agree and it is the same with us. As FC Guilds we wanted to show that too, that we are fighting down here and we wanted to stall bunch of Ref as saying “We own this”, even its only for few profit.
3. Suggestions
We think the best suggestions can be classified into 2 :
The much needed to change:
  1. Remove AG, so “not-so-rich” player that died by mobs or PK, can go back and forth without wasting their money and time. AG burns money so much, especially for the losing side
  2. Make bonus drop from DK, maybe ref or something that will encourage ppl going there.
  3. Increase Refs drop rate (give people goals to farm after win PK).
The additional idea (not critical):
  1. Buff newbie gems (fiery/furious/etc) and drop rate for it. There’s an idea for it, i think its good to be implemented.
  2. Make easier path to DK (mobs in fc2-fc3 is hard, not counting DK itself).
  3. Remove Skeletar for Incas.
  4. Delete FC (jk).

So that’s my inputs, Maybe FCers from all guild can also share their feelings here :)

I agree that the ref drop rate should be increased and same for the dk drops.ancient generators are good way for people to make gold so i wouldnt change that. Zankza please improve lower lvl players content same as your trying to do for for high lvl players.

I think at least remove the 5k Cost when creating AG?

SAD USELESS FC MAZE increase drop rate UG at DK or REFF lelll make fair coz we pay AG to in, 0,4% n 0,8% so suck loss alot AG and MANU to win pk
 
ur right we should at least get more refs i went all my FC life i got 2 refs and ag is waste of cash too

lol that is coz fc mobs dont get killed by your slash. :(

anyways. I thought a move had been made re FC especially on refs being limited.
 
Remove FC useless map or just simply remove cost for making AG and have only the robot cores required to be able to make it. Ref drop is a nono refs alrdy dropping in price sine low demand.
 
i agree with suggestion to increase Ref Gem drop rate, becouse the drop rate is to low even after using amp also hard to get and it will be great if u put low % chance to get inca chest at fc . .
 
no AG, ref on DK and a little raise of ref drop would be helpful and great for server, and would be better if we could sail with a ship in every port without dock on it before :D
 
or make a portal to fc and pk would be fun lol
 
with fc current condition, it is not that easy to get ref, well practically any gem.

if you do fc1 fwith luck amp on all time, by statistic, you get 1 ref for every 2-3waves uninterrupted.
while in fc2&3 case, the monster you can kill is less than fc1. higher difficulties and the exp is much higher than fc1 mobs. with proper eqs, you cant even farm in fc2 or 3 for whole 2 hours because your exp bar is very quickly filling up.

With good eqs, doing fc solo can give average income about 600-900k per fc (2hours) deducted all cost. which is less than regular salvaging in gulf. The only plus point is income burst from valuable gem drops (ref,spr,lust,ug). going in fc with team usually give less income. based on this, i can say that income from fc is actually not worth the efforts. Just saying opinion, not demanding. but it's great if Devlper can give more rewards.

edit: it will be great too if dvlp can make all monsters spawn inside wall.

This message comes from the entire guild House Of Stark (FC).
We strongly support the post and the main ideas that are being told in it, specially the exclusion of the Ancient Generator as a requeriment to get into FC since for us, this would increase the pk between the participants of the maze and of course, the fun itself.

Im agree with that execpt the part of removing Ancient Generator, cause many people make some money farming robots core and selling them. me for example 1 hour farming i can make 1 stack of robot cores and change it into 10 AG and sell them. is good money
