Botters and auto magma at Smuglers

Hi,

I wanted to report some auto howlers at smuglers - specially a champ who sits near the smuggler leader spawn - He howls - sits - turns left and then right. (hes with his alt)

Also wanted to know if auto magma is allowed ?
