I've seen this awesome black hood outfit that people have been wearing, I remember people using this in tales of pirates to. Anyone know where you get it from? I hear you can get it if you complete the Rebirth quest, is that true?

By black hood, do you mean the death cap? and the death set?

The death cap being the cap that has +1 of all the stats and is lv 75?
