Unable to Buy Rum in my Country

So i Pm Zankza but he dont read the Pms ... only Autoremessage ...

The Paythings .... dont allowed me to Buy Rum with Paysafecard from my Country... and i dont have a Creditcard to Pay it with Paypal ...alt the old game it goes with Paypal without creditcard .. so badly ... for me

So if i spare my Money for other things because i cant here buy Rum ...
