Side Quest of the Story Quest Problem

Ahoy lads, I have a problem with this side quest given to me by Miner Drunky of Silver mine 2. First he wants me to get the stolen lunchbox which was taken by those Ninja moles. After that he gave me a strawberry biscuit. When I arrived at the behemoth's I tried to use the biscuit to spawn the foul beast. but nothing happened. The next day i tried to visit the lair and then the behemoth was there after i killed him i got my iron cuffs but my other quest which was to kill him didnt accomplished here's the image.

I guess it failed coz i didnt kill him within 1 hour prior I use the biscuit but it didnt spawn so not my fault.... i tried to abandone this quest and try to take again but it cant be abandoned.. So is there any way to fix this? Thanks in advance and sorry for the long story.

Abandon it, re-take the quest.

I tried but system says this quest cannot be abandoned.

If you already completed the main quest (Ancient Bounty Token), the side quest automatically fails. If you didn't, I'm pretty sure there's no way to re-accept this quest if you already failed it.

Either way, it's not that important to complete, so might as well just screw it.

Go back to the NPC that gave you that quest, there should be choice to "complete(failed)"
