Completed Rum Vouchers?

A lot of people are buying rums and people have to buy the items from the mall and sell it to them, and even sometimes people just troll and try to get you to buy first and offer lower price, can we have Rum Vouchers for like 10 30 50 100 200 300 500 1000 rum vouchers that we can purchase and sell it in game, also make it that we can sell the vouchers in stall too?
