I tried to purchase some barrel just now and as soon as I finished the payment, this image popout. Is it still in transaction(like a queue) or has the transaction failed? I've done it twice and on both occasion this same thing popout. Should i try again?

So this is a 3rd party problem? I thought the purchase was done with PirateKing side. My bad. I will check with them.

xsolla is payment processor, as you can see in the screenshot you provided, the xsolla (payment processor) rejected your payment. Only they will be able to help you.
