Reuse character name

I have a similar problem as described in Name Relinquish? thread before. Here's what I've done:
Today I logged to Port Royal, clicked Create, named the character ChasmSolacer, selected starting town and that's it. I have never logged it into the game.
Suddenly, I wanted to change something, so I deleted the character and attempted to create a new one with the same name but the "Character name already exist" error appeared.

Can I ask you to free ChasmSolacer for me? It's not actually a big deal, but I'd rather play with this name if there's a chance

Unfortunantly we dont do that, you'll have to make a new name.
