Repeated 'Connection Fail' Issue

Almost every time I try to log in using the client and hit 'Play', it takes me to the sign in page and immediately has a 'Connection Failed' banner. This continues even when I quit all programs and restart the client. Any idea why this keeps happening?

Running on Windows 10 Pro / Surface Pro

Probably something blocking connection. It can be ActiveAntiviruss, ora Firewalll, or Router, or in some cases ISP.
You can try to hold Shift and Press play on thelauncherr. Select CA server.

I've tried holding shift and trying both CF and CA and that didnt work. However, when I leave the client on for a while (maybe 5 mins?) before clicking play, it works. Any idea if that helps narrow down the issue? Would love to triangulate and fix.

That is probably because of active application running on your PC that is blocking other application connections. Like firewall or AV.
