You can get them from Crafting, and I remember seeing full stall pages with those, try searching around or asking on world.

Personally, I'm against adding things to mall which are obtainable in-game. Makes it feel quite lazy. Pumpkin Mask is craftable with a lv4 Blueprint I believe, and those are obtainable from Sealed Blueprints. If you're unable to get it, I'm sure someone would gladly sell the blueprint or craft it then sell the Masks.
