Problem with frames on specific targets in the game

So every single video I watched on youtube looks like it has 60fps in the whole game, skill animations, moving textures, everything. But in my case, it's different. Here is a video link


You can clearly see that there is 5fps on the skill cooldown timer, the pet movement and the skill animation itself, but everything else in the game (wings, movement, monsters) moves normally. Any fix to this? My video drivers are renewed all the time, my computer gives me 150 fps on games like League of Legends, Counter Strike GO, Rocket League, and so on. Thanks for looking into this!

Just reboot your PC.

This has been happening to me since I've installed the game. Did countless reboots, but to no avail. BUT
I fixed it, just now. Seems like I hadn't installed the latest patch, which helped me.

Hello, the exact same problem happened to me. I rebooted but it doesn't fix my problem. My game patch is ver 1.2 build 7570, rev 40867. I tried Version check. It also doesn't fix the problem. I don't know it is relevant to the problem but , I tried to install a cumulative patch into Pirate King Online folder. When I started the launcher it installs some files at the and it throws an error that says that "Cant launch more than one copy of the launcher. Access to path "C:/...." is denied". I will be very appreciative if anyone helps me
