Port Royal down?

Hexa started and I got bugged. It didnt DC but everything just stopped moving. After trying some things I realized that Port Royal numbers of player were lower than normal so I guess its a server issue?

Trying to reconnect I can login in my acc but when I select a char the "please wait" loading stays there. It doesnt freeze, the bar keeps moving
