Hello my name is JJJJJ i am new to PKO and have only joined for 1 week. I want to report a player for exploiting me because i am new to the game and have no idea about the prices and rates of items and services. The player in question is xRawstar but he changed his in game name to Deviant. I am busy with work so i dont have time to lvl myself or farm gold. But i can buy rums so i wanted to get plvl through rum payment. The player Deviant offered his service to lvl me to 60. I told him i was new to the game and do not know how much the plvl would cost. He insisted on 200 rums for lvl44-60. He is a lvl75 SS. So i thought he is pro and i thought he was truthful. I gave him the 200 rums and he plvled me 3 lvls. That was yesterday. After having the time to play ingame i notice people selling rums for 50k each. So i calculated and my 200rums were valued at 10m. So i wanted to verify of that is the normal rate of plvl to lvl60. And after talking to high lvl players, they say i was exploited. And the plvl should not cost me more than 4m. Since lvl45-50 = 1lvl/150k x 5 = 750k, lvl50-55 = 1lvl/200k × 5 = 1m, lvl55-60 = 1lvl/500k = 2.5m. These are the average rates of plvl in the server and i have confirmed this with other high lvl players. So the player Deviant has exploited me twice fold and is charging me 10m for a service thats is suppose to be only 4m at most. I acknowledge that i am at fault for not confirming the price of plvl of the server with others or in the forum. But i did not expect to be cheated in my very first few days in the server. I have come to an agreement with the player and he has agreed to pay back the remaining rums since he is not capable of lvling me anymore. The issue is he has spent the rums and owes me 5.57m more. Which he says he will pay ot back to me. But now he has since blocked me from messenger and is not replying my pm's. I think he has no intention of paying me back. Please help.
