My character cannot promote to Swordsman

Hello!

Yesterday I started to level my character and after I reached Lv30 I went back to Senna-Newbie Guide to promote into Swordsman, but I found out that for some reason I can't become one. I also checked Icicle and Shaitan, but no luck. Please check this out!

Character Advancement
There are a variety of classes that each character can specialize in. When players reach level 10, they can talk to their respective NPC to start the quest that is needed to select their first class advancement. When they reach level 40, they can specialize their class further by doing another quest for second class advancement.
