Make Amps of strive and luck obtainable by newbies.

Most amplifiers of strive and luck come from jackpot. This is nice for higher levels, but newer players don't have 2nd gen fairies and tons of coin inflow.
Perhaps reduce the rate of these and add amps (Mainly strive) as rewards from some noob friendly quests and story quests. (Ideally ones that aren't just handing in tradeable items)

A good time to do this is with the future noob leveling update!
