How do i buy stuff and use my rum? theres no buy button or anything that lets me buy

Top right corner, the Mall button click onto it and then afterwards click on 'Recharge Rum'
Once you've got rums, you can ahead to in-game and change Rum Barrels Into Rums (move forum account balance into a game account's balance) and then use the rums to purchase item mall packages in-game.
