Chaos Framestone @ 18-20m
+5-9 ACC or even better if dual stat ACC/AGI or ACC/CON Ring Dove glove dropped by Lvl 54 steel mummy
Chaos Pawstone @ 20-25m

Gun from star of unity decent ACC or Dual stat

ACC Ring
ACC/CON Pet

what Leyna posted was SS equips. For the build, its up to you. you want att spd, then put Agi.

For answering OP, like others said. Chaos Framestone is the best armor for SS, until you get to 75!!! Then get BD Torso

It's just Chaos Framestone (Armor). Besides that, you probably want to use Chaos Pawstone (Shoes). Chaos Clawstone (Gloves) is pretty bad because it gives very little HR and its Stats aren't too good in comparison to other gloves.

Best gloves would be either Gloves of Evanescence , because their stats are nice and they give movement speed, or, as @Leyna suggested, try to farm Ringdove Gloves or Emerald Gloves with high Accuracy and/or Agility.

You can actually use all of these items on high level as SS as well, CA frame and CA paw especially, so they're a very good investment even if you plan on leaving DS someday.

Chaos Pawstone (Shoes) = 3 agi

As for stat build that would depend on how much budget you have and what kind of equipment you have presently.
