good day guys just wanna ask why cant i log in my account?am i ban?i heared that other players in this computer shop have the same problem like mine?i cant log in on forum also it shows "ban hammer"

my question is why do i get ban if i didnt do anything?im playing on a computer shop or internet cafe and theres alot of PKO players here, if someone did something illegal why do all players in this comp shop get ban? can you atleast tell us whos character is the one that did the illegal staff?so we could know here who to blame?
