Help on new player

This game is really difficult on lvl 1-60, lots of player quit before they reach 2nd class or any maze
Rely on old player to lvl them isn't stable way to do it

First, maybe we can buff our quest system
there have 2 kind of quest:
quest of class: they do 10 quest a row to get special reward(item chest)
gold penalty if they abandon quest

common quest: quest that given by Haven's npc
most of these quest is collect some drop/kill mobs around heaven (only once for each char)

maybe we can buff the reward like gold/exp, also item chest can have hb/amp(untrable) for lvling
I hope it can delete penalty for sm/cleric class (so they can skip quest of killing mobs which hard for them)

Second, it's about difficulty on lvling
my first char is lvling by myself, i can say it really really hard for player don't know about this game

A huge difficulty is about eq, new player hard to lvling with weapon/armor from newbie chest only
also it hard to afford rings/glove/boots for new player
last part is buying hp pot can make newbie broken

i think hp pot can provided from common quest i mention (maybe 10 or 20)
i saw redineer drop chest with whole 70lvl eq, can we have it in newbie chest but lvl 10-20-30-40
Another part is mentor system

it give rep to hl player but there have a problem
If i really discple a low lvl player, but he quit before lvl 41, it stay forever till i use rep to delete it.
otherwise it will take 1 spot forever (u can only have 4 discple under lvl 41 at the same time)

Can we have a system like if discple really quit/not active at game
mentor can delete it without penalty/ free that slot of other low lvl char

Final part is for fairy/gem
these 2 thing is important on making their char better
but fairy take lots of time/money to lvl up (hard to afford)
gem need player buy ref gem or even socket set (not worth to do it for firey gem that give 5 max only)

i don't have a good plan on those but i got some funny idea
fairy: can we make a fairy and lock them at low lvl, as reward for quest for low lvl player
(they still have to make a fairy cuz it can't lvl up)

Gem: maybe make npc to gem lvl 45 eq below without ref gem
Or buff normal gem like firey furious explosive (not sure will affect high lvl or not)
furious explosive is useful for ss(bow/gun) it might be also a good buff on this class during it paper n low damage compare to other class

Right now it really feels like a lot of quest give very little experience and that makes sense as the only viable leveling method is just farming mobs for 5 levels at a time for exp. I did a quest the other day that wanted me to collect some item from a mob that was a 8% drop rate. I killed mobs for like 10 or 15 mins straight but in the end only received 50 exp. The mobs gave more than that. So what's the point of me going to the quest giver and walking around to turn it in if I could have just went and farmed some other mob for an hour to get 5 levels. I am not referring to newbie quest I'm referring more to quest from havens and swordsman ray and stuff.

My solution is this, make the exp reward be equal to the avg. exp you will get from killing mobs. For example if I need to kill 10 mobs on avg to get 3 items then the exp reward for the quest should equal 10 times the exp reward of that mob. It would be alot better to only farm mobs for exp when you are using 2x exp and to be able to quest for the other times and it be viable.
