Create a item to change stat on fairy

Hoping a item can be created to change the stat of a fariy. For example a lvl 42 con fairy of evil to a lvl 42 spr fairy of evil.

I understand it cannot be done with the fairy of the stat (fairy of spirit/strength/con)

But 1 gen fairy and fairy of evil and luck should have a item that can allow for this, even if it's a 1 use per fairy type of item. Thx
