As we have seen earlier, Many players have trouble logging in to their Forum account because of various reasons.
This topic is made to cover the most common problems and resolve them as quick as possible.
Lost Facebook accounts:
Sometimes it happens that player lost their Facebook account because of various reasons, like Facebook Account banned or deleted.
This usually happens when players aren't using their Facebook account or made it without verify by Facebook.
To resolve it, Players can use Contact us form or request personal assistance from PKO developers on Discord channel.
The rule for such a change are very simple.
First, a person must write and confirm primary e-mail that he used on Registration phase.
Second, the person Facebook account that he initially used on Registration phase must be invalid (deleted or banned).
Deferred e-mails:
Deferred email happens when PKO cannot send e-mail to player.
Usually such accounts have their game accounts temporarily locked due to this reason.
To resolve it, we recommend changing primary e-mail on your Facebook account, and re-login to PKO web.
The system will automatically change e-mail and send verification mail.
