why does it say to remove -12% and when equipping it my attack speed is reduced by almost 19%? this bug?

example:

1) my ss with his equipment has (160 Attack Speed) eye without (gun)
2) and when equipped my gun ,,, I reduce -20% (attack speed)

Do not forget you might gain "more attack speed" to only calculated 16% off, while your base might be 160, as you wield the gun, your attack speed goes 200 but 16% kicks in last. That would be certainly more factors to stats calculation.

Without actual pictures or screenshots, or whole picture of your complaint I can only offer some ideas, not actual answers, is there a reason why you refuse to show the actual stats along equipment properties?
