GEM WITH BUG

I bought a gem from another player, and when I try to forge it in npc the system speaks "gem quality does not match".
Is a staff with 2 socket only have a gem in it cracked soul and I'm trying to use the gem of soul!

this is a 2017 thread. Back then chipped gem isn't released on this server yet. Now it's available. Inside guides sections it's also stated you can't forge different grade of same type gems on one item: https://piratekings.online/guide/gems.4822/
