Change the PR From Frames 70 (Cler and SM)

Athena Framestone 18 PR To 26

Hestia Framestone 18 Pr To 26

Why Change? Cuz The Framestone for SM And Cler is really sucks and both Classes dont have good Armor to use just the BD Torso and we not rich

SM and Cleric have no good armors. Unseal 55 and 65 have very low pr 15 and 16 pr... Then Frames are 18 pr, which is still very low.
If we compare to Crus & Champ & Voys, who have high PR armors...

I think this is a very fair change.
