Hello! I've been looking everywhere for this! can't find the Crystal Master that gives it!! tried the coordinates 2216/2771 that says in the mordo NPC guide and nothing, there's nothing there..

Please if anyone knows how to get Evil Crystal, or if is not in the game anymore, please let me know!
