Welcome to the Class Balance thread, i would like people to give their opinion about the current state of Class balance, whats need to buffed , whats need to be changed, please do not argue here, we are here to give reasonable opinion, so please do not flame or stick to your own oppinion, please be open minded!
I am aware that this might destroy the purpose of the server being vanilla, but do you want to play a game that stay old forever? i dont think anybody would want that.
Alright, this is what i think of the changes is good for certain class, by that mean these are just my opinion, if you think there is something you dont agree with you can always comment down below.

I think this class should be the highest DPS class amongs all, which means they should have more attspd and do fast damage BUT they need to be squishy which makes them vulnerable, i feel like the current attspeed they have is fairly low, needs buff. with Bow SS, they should have same shooting range as gun and also having choices of 40-45-50-55-60-65-70 bows which allows players to choose for their own play style.

[Champion]
Champion are supposed to be a semi-support class/CC class, having stuff like leash skill that drag player/mobs to them would be quite useful. a lot of the skill they have are pretty pointless like tiger roar, break armor etc. those skill needs to get buffed for sure, make them more useful. i dont know how good their DPS is, but them having high HR is a must.
 
This server have best class balance. No need change anythink
 
Ss have good dps and cheap dps. Strikes very cheap. For example ss with 41 fairy acc , 13acc glove+2 strike , 2 acc ring + 450 attc pot -2700 max. This set cost 33m in gold.... crus for this max need spend like 400-500m.

Champs have skills for mob aggro. Taunt and one for aggro all mobs in small area. They have awesome hit rate and bonus hr in ca. They can melee crusaders with dodge mode in CA. Also they can be good damage dealers.
 
About Sharpshooter:
Bow has a higher range than Gun.
There are many bows between 35 and 75, but they are useless. Only "useful" bow is lv 75 = Twilight.
SS are relatively cheap, if you compare them to crusaders. They are also the best class to boss (100% chance of sealing).

Every class has its pro and contra. Of course Crus are the most powerful, but also the most expensive.

Also when they add abb10+ ss have chance get death bow.

crus can stealth, stun slash berserk for more attspd, which does make sense that they cost so much to make, they have so many skill that helps them become stronger, stun last long too. all SS cannot hide other than run, and they can only seal or cripple plus they are squishy if you are not con build, if you are con build u dont do fast damage either

bosses doesnt drop DE weapon in this server, dev changed it, it will be harder to get now i think
 
Ss can seal,cripple rosing for more attspeed...... lol i can talk about ss same as u about cruss.

Other servers and PKO have balance difference. Also cap of gems. I play this game 10 year and pko alllmost 2 year i know what i talk. Thats why i ask try PKO pvp first than start topics like this.

As for `Balance`, there are this really really strange builds for each character job represented in PKO world.
And they have own advantages. It is just that players intend to ignore them and go for know published character builds.

SM are super tanky at a point yeah, even in some of the private server, SM becomes more tanky than a cleric
 
its also depending on the rate on each individual server's stats rates so.... every server has different stats rate, so its hard to say ;o

there is a huge reason why gem of striking is 1m-1.5m , while other unique gems are around 8-10m and rages are at 15-18m max
 
Champs are in a good spot in my opinion and they will only get stronger as champ characters start to level up more, allowing them to more easily reach 210 aspd in various ways.

Bow SS does feel kind of shit to most people, though I personally believe that almost no one has the right mindset when playing it. It's probably the worst solo class in the game due to its squishiness and vulnerability to being stunned out of stealth or sealed at range.
 
In my opinion, SS and Champ are fine, SS lacks in the tankiness department, unless they max gem their armor and go con mode, they won't tank slashes. But an acc-agi SS with good gems will have higher DPS than a cruz.

Champ's just the definition of end-game class. They need mad gems and levels to get to the point where they can tank and do a lot of damage. Before that, they're stuck with one, which is why they don't appear too useful most of the time.

I'd say the only time the Devs should intervene in game balance is not when a class might feel a bit on the weaker side, but rather when a certain class loses its identity to another one. Clerics right now, for example, feel outclassed by Seal masters in all aspects, aside from heals (but the difference in high level PK is hardly noticeable) and damage (but Clerics' damage is almost ignorable as everything has a lot of HP nowadays). A certain class outright doing another class' job better, feels like it requires intervention. SSs not being as strong as they could be does not, as their identity remains in place and they still have a lot of pros.

server just miss top forge clerics. (hi playboy) clerics at this version of ToP deal ALOT dmg. can 2x bolt almost all cruses. playboy bolt my champ 5k bcz lvl diff bonus. 6 sec 10k dmg - its ALOT... and u forgot about uniq frozen skill wich one can save pro player if he got stun or save full guild on BD for example.
good forge clerics can tank more than sm even with 0 sp - cuz spam shields at 0% sp still reduce dmg.

its not balance problem its players problem - no pro clerics at this moment that's all.
