Charmed berry vs Amp of Luck

Guys just want to ask whats the difference between Charmed Berry and Amp of Luck. Why Charmed Berry is much expensive than Amp of Luck?
Can someone know about this and explain to me?

Charmed berry can be used at any level. You can't use amp of luck above 60 or 65 I can't remember which

Both items are sourced from different place/ways.

There is no different in terms of bonus, except for length, which means they give both same double drop rate. However, one has level restriction.

CB is 15 min bonus and can be used any lvl char, while amplifier of luck is 30min and can be used up to lvl 65. High lvl characters use CB in DW or other places, therefore amps are useless for them.
