Character is in account on website, but not in game.

I made 3 other characters on the account to see what would happen, now I have four characters on the account on the website, which is impossible! How do i fix this? (I only want HexaLv31 on the account)

Please make sure you use the right game account.
If it does not show up, please run `Version Check` function of game launcher.

I've had multiple chars disappear from my accounts (not hacked, as the gold on other chars on the account was untouched) including a char called HexaLv21 and Oceanus, but that was like 3 years ago, so it doesn't really matter.

But this, how does this even happen?
