Cannot PLvl at Sea and Fairy does not Grow

I cannot plvl at sea. I was stuck at 100% exp until I landed my ship.

And my fairy did not grow while I was out there for around 30 minutes.

Is this really the case?

Fairy doesn't obtain growth on sea, it's normal.
Did you try killing a monster after you had 100% exp? If your exp is (I think) >=99.995% it will appear as 100%, but killing a mob will level you up. If you did, then it's probably a small bug.

really? fairy don't grow on sea? RIP seavoy XD

yeah. i did kill more mobs for the next 15 mins i guess. and when i landed, my exp went to around 7%.
