Bug During Story Quest

Aoy Pirates, hope you are all good drink a beer or something but, now I'm gonna tell you the sad tale of the boy who didn't get the refining gem while doing the story quest... Thats right, so I never actually went deep this thing of story quest back in TOP1 and lately TOP2, just gather skills for woodcutting mining and fishing for hexca and al lgood, well now after seeing xSnufx video about story quest and so I try to give it a chance to get those refs and make "a life" in this game and try enter the economy. so there I'd go. I made it with 2 accs, one of my friends and it was went very well, I was checking guides and so to do it somehow, faster... So I have myself in a position where I need to get 4 assignatures of the 4 great (Quest name: Thundoria bank
Quest Objective:
Bring the signatures of the Great Four to the Banker of Thundoria at (743, 1534)
Obtain "Signature of Mas" x1
Obtain "Signature of Navy General William" x1
Obtain "Signature of Salvier" x1
Obtain "Signature of Clan Chief Albuda" x1
I did the Shaitan quest last, and while I was checking the Walkthrough I notice the rewards of the refining gem lv1 was this quest, after killing the 30* shadow mermaids, (Reward: 80000 exp, 10000g, 30000 life skill exp, 1 Refining Gem Voucher, 1 Signature of Clan Chief Albuda.
LifeSkill Points until now: 26)
I spend over 150k only in ship pots and salvage refuel and repair ship over and over bcuz I died a lot, well nvm it happens, so after I completed the quest I Went to clean chief, he gave me another quest Will of Andrew and I check my inv and no ref, in non of the chacters, now I am in Jack introducion quest.
MY question is... Is this normal? not getting ref? in non of the accounts? Is this a bug? Isen't here where I get a ref? What happened? Sorry for my long story and all the quest but its hard for me to make momney and grow in game and this was my shoot, and I seen all go down :/

Only lvl1 gem voucher was removed.. you still get 2x lvl 2refs from sq

It was removed because zankza wanted to increase the price of refs ... he failed :/

The Ref Gem was removed form that quest, because many players where abusing it.
