I'd replace these with Ferocious Scorpions near Icespire haven, especially if it's a Voyager doing the powerleveling. There's 3 major spawns located really close to each other and each spawn has like 5-7 Scorpions usually positioned so you can easily ray them all down. They also respawn really fast.

Ninja Moles will obviously be better if it's non-aoe class such as crusader doing the powerleveling.

Only trouble with 32-40 is the mobs are spread out or tanky. Easier to kill trents than yeti. Those flower things aren't bad, but not good if this was a solo leveling situation
