Are you allowed to downlaod Tweaks without getting banned?

I was thinking you would be able to download the animation tweak but some1 told me u can get banned for doing so. Is it true?

I personally won't say yes or no, but I can say tweaks such as camera and animation are used by a lot of players for a very long time. Take it as you will.

Be careful when you're downloading tweaks. Some are fake and can steal your account :O
