Apparel fusion problem: Can't fuse captain apparel with tattoo

Hi Zankza, i just bought captain apparel for carsise, i tried to fuse it with tattoo lv 45 unseal. but it can't be fused. Can u make it possible to fuse tattoo with captain apparel ?

It's different item types, can't fuse it.
