Add link buttons to portal timers, and guides ingame.

It's very hard to direct players to the hexathlon guide ingame when they're asking what's a good way to level up. It's also hard to direct people to the portal timers page.

Perhaps add a clickable button that opens those pages. You could add them under the help section ingame, or somewhere else. Would be helpful for directing players! Also a timers pop up window in game would be cool one day as well.
