I can offer some feedback for voy one:

Necessary: remove attack speed which is uselss and put move speed like on some daggers - like 3-5%
Necessary: make hp at least 20% - current 2% boost difference is not worth going for it

Good to have: make spr 15 instead of 10 - as spr adds only like 8 dmg each and there are no bosts like at str or acc.

At start i want to say im champ player
I was thinking about uns85 update ...i did some drafts of stats and checking in Simulator.
Thats my take on it.

Most of the designs sound reasonable, aside from cleric's staff which is a bit underwhelming. Considering the time and money consumption of those items, 4spr and 2%sp isn't really worthy to make such a staff. I'd say change SP% bonus from 14% to 15% and flat SP from 250 to 500 would be reasonable yet not too OP. Also some small changes like voy's 18%aspd is totally pointless, and I think that can be changed to 15mspd just like their torso. Other classes looks fine: Champ's hammer might have 35~40 hit rate instead of 30, as a small change
