Doubts on how to change email / facebook from my account!

I will disable the facebook I use to sign in to that account.
If I do this I lose access to the in-game account and consequently my character?
If this happens, can I change facebook / e-mail to log into this account?

Just connect your google account to the forum account before u do so, otherwise u wont be able to login to the account

And in the future just put "sign in using google" to login to ur forum account
