Remove restriction Lv > 59 "Rare Visitor from Afar"

it is known that story quest has undergone several changes, some simple, others somewhat controversial. However, the change mentioned in the title of this UserVoice makes it impossible for a path adopted by several players to make money in the game to be used. I believe that the restriction that should be removed or even changed. For example for 49+ or something like that but not lv59 + which is overdone. Thanks in advance!

It should be Lv55+ at minimum.
As someone who's done a lot of Story Quests, I believe this method isn't healthy for the server or the economy. It's simply too much inflation and devalues other money making methods. Especially if many people start doing it and raising prices.
I'm even ok with the restriction being Lv60+.

To be honest. I think the restriction for that quest should be minimum lvl 65+ lol. Because, Even if you get to lvl 65 you will most likely get stuck at the quest after it right away. I was doing story quests and I'm almost done with them actually. But The quests in spring isle are almost impossible if you don't have a full party of lvl 75+ people minimum helping you. Because many monsters there kill u in 1 hit, and u would need to get item drops from high lvl mobs that won't drop unless u kill them ur self. So forget about the restriction and get to lvl 70 at least then get a party to help u to finish it.

Not entirely true. The quest is doable at lv65-70, given the right knowledge of what to do and dualing a support char. Having a specific build and using cooking pots helps as well, however it's not a must.

The point of this thread isn't about the restriction in the sense of main characters completing the quests anyway. It's aimed at the change which was added which put a hard cap on the quest of lv60+ since many people (myself included) were doing the whole story quest cycle with low lvl alts and these Spring quests were a big source of income and gold inflation. It's already unprofitable and not worth doing at this cap, increasing it wouldn't really make any more sense. Decreasing it has been a controversial subject the past year, and this thread belongs in that kind of category as well.
