Nightmare Vest bugging: Still naked.

This apparel was meant to use by lance and Phyllis,
However, when i put it on lance, i will look naked.
Already write about this a few times, but still not even a reply from Zankza/Developer.
So i write it again.

I just need an answer.

Will this apparel bug be fixed?
If yes, Thank you.
If no, i want to change it to another apparel

OK here's the problem:

The vest naturally never had a lance apparel, why exactly i don't know but an appropriate respone was to remove it from item mall but however i know its popular tool used to refuse into other races. i felt i didnt want to seem so greedy since there is not so many apparels which can do that.

getting it to fix would require our artist to develop and they are currently backlogged. its known low priority bug. for time being i apologize and if you have proboem with it still let me know.
