I remember in top1 the poss for Fairy of Evil / Luck didn't work.
Is it fixed here?

They both work, but just to clear a common misconception;

• Fairy of Evil increases EXP gained.
• Fairy of Luck increases Critical rate, it's a very common thought that it increases drop rate. It didn't in any version of ToP, and it doesn't here either.
