Will all the Apparels in the iteminfo be available in the item mall?

Hi, might as well use this new section and throw a question in here.

So I've been exploring the iteminfo for Apparels, and there's quite a lot of them which weren't there in original ToP, but may have been there in PKO, I'm really not sure as I've never played the latter.

Some examples would be:

• Tattoo of the Burning Dragon
• Tattoo of the Frozen Dragon
• Sword/Greatsword/Staff/Firegun/Dagger of Cadaver
• Leather
• Warrior
• Nightmare
• Seaman
• Shark Hide
• Sailor
• Navy
• Captain
• Lots of "Falchions" (Falchion, long F., Crystal F., Phantom F., Nefarious F.)
• Katana
• Tulwar
• Capricious Dragon
• Aliya
• Sweetie
• Azure Fairy

There's MANY more, but I didn't feel like writing all of them down. So my question would be if these apparels will be available in the item mall (or elsewhere in the game), or are they just to remain in the iteminfo?

Or if I may ask of @Zankza to provide us with the entire available Apparels list, that might just do.

Shark Hide armor is Story Quest reward later on, if I'm not mistaken.
Have seen some others in some private servers, not all of those tho.

I've seen nearly all of the apparels mentioned in this list and in the iteminfo on other private servers, but this is supposed to mimic PKO or ToP, so if they weren't available back then (Which is what I'm trying to get confirmed here), then they shouldn't be available here either, at least not as an item purchasable in the item mall.
