Upgraded armour... stats didn't change at all..........

Just bought an unseal amour and upgraded it from 100% to 102% but compared stats and nothing changed... No stats improved - just durability is now 400/500 instead of 400/400...

Can anyone experienced explain this? Because I thought you should get an improvement in def or some stat....

If I am not mistaken, the effects will only be seen on ur Alt+A section, not on the item itself. and besides an additional of 2% is really not much. Probably nothing. Get it to 110%, then u will be able to see the difference.
