Is it possible to fuse an, already fused lance apparel CA frame, into a new apparel, so i can pick an apparel for myself, even tho the CA frame, is already fused?

Yes, weapons too. And apparel upgrade is when you make the effectiveness value goes from 100% to 110% in order to get more bonus stats
