Sitting to recover in PvP bar

I know this is a well known annoying issue on fighting champs, or CON build classes. And sadly, im fighting a champ right now, at this moment as im typing.
Whenever his hp is 50% or less, he will sit to full recover. Then he fight again, then sit again... over and over. We are at a stalemate. He cannot kill me, well, barely touch me, im SS.
And then he decided just to sit in the middle and stay there, as if he is like afk now.
Ok, so what to do now? I cant kill him while he is sitting.
I wish there's an auto-kick to players in bar who are inactive.
Better if sit button is disabled...

Btw, the name of champ im fighting is: Storas

it just means that he is stronger than u , in that sense. u just have to be stronger in ur attack and be able to break his defense. P.S i broke him

Well, SS has the Headshot skill wich can help.
You must know he's stronger than you . Thats all.

uhm, his hp regen is definitely stronger than mine. And that is all. That's the reason why he just sit and do not fight. Coz when he stand up, he is dead.

Yes it is not a flaw, didn't say it is. But on PvP, I cannot see how sitting for hours and hours be a strategy? Probably hopes that his enemy won't break him while sitting and get bored, then go out. Easy win... so that's the strategy you are saying?
