Full con definitely. I tried making both spr and hybrid voys and they die to even being looked at xD. If you plan to go for higher levels, getting good gear will make you a very tanky voyager. Take for example Aquiles, GoldenBox, Hopeless, mestre13 etc. They all are full con voys and they're very hard to kill. They've also gemmed their daggers so they even hit hard too.
The stun thing applies to almost every character of any class, so don't worry too much about it. To avoid getting stunned so easily, get a movement speed necklace and a CA paw. Having a higher movement speed and running a lot increases the chance of you bugging their stun.
