RUM purchase

Hi,
I have purchased RUM and I want to use it in the mall item, how to get it there?

under the minimap in game you can see a 'cart' icon. Click that to get into the mall, and you can turn 'rum barrels' into 'rums' and buy stuffs you want

I bought it online the RUMs, but I can't get it in the mall, I don't have the RUM barrels.
